TimberBase™ is seeking a manager to lead our digital efforts in identifying opportunities, developing solutions, integrating platforms, and implementing strategies to meet our business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in digital product management. This person must have a customer-centric mindset, a strong understanding of back-end and front-end programming languages, and an ability to develop data pipelines that can be used to track, analyze, and improve our digital products. The role requires a candidate who has excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for working with a team to interpret large amounts of data to translate the needs of users into digital business opportunities. Location: Grand Rapids, MI, Miami, FL, or Atlanta, GA Objectives of this role: Drive strategies and long-term vision of the TimberBase platform to build a best-in-class digital experience Work with management team to craft a short- and long-term product vision and convert it to an executable strategy Participate in market research, validation, and analysis to identify opportunities for new features and functionalities Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with internal teams throughout the process Develop and implement pipelines that extract, synthesize, and utilize data to scale quickly and efficiently Principle responsibilities include: Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user journey mapping, feature development, and user acceptance testing Partner with management team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues Work with web development to prioritize and implement enhancements to the TimberBase platform Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning and messaging of the value proposition of the digital enhancements to ensure differentiation from competitors Integrate tech stack that includes the TimberBase platform, CRM software, and UFP business systems Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement Skills and qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in digital product management or similar role Experience in usability and customer-focused design Passion for building intuitive digital experiences to solve customer and business problems Experience with back-end and front-end programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new programs and explain them to others A track record of hitting objectives and embracing new challenges Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field Ability to travel The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
